2. User Registration & Profile Creation

By registering on RuhMate, you agree to provide the necessary information required for profile creation and matchmaking purposes.

Profiles found with misleading, fake, incomplete, or inappropriate information may be suspended or permanently removed without notice.

3. Privacy & Account Visibility

3.1 Privacy Controls

Users may choose privacy settings that control who can view certain profile details and contact information.

Certain sensitive information may remain hidden until mutual interest or approval is established.

3.2 Family Verification

To maintain authenticity and trust, RuhMate may contact parents, guardians, or close family members for profile verification and approval.

Profiles without proper verification may be restricted, hidden, or removed.

4. AI-Integrated Match Suggestions

RuhMate uses an AI-integrated matching system to suggest compatible profiles based on preferences, values, education, lifestyle, location, and other compatibility factors.

These suggestions are provided to assist users in finding suitable matches more efficiently. However, RuhMate does not guarantee compatibility, marriage success, or outcomes.

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

5.1 Free & Paid Plans

RuhMate may offer both free and paid membership plans with different levels of access and features.

Paid plans may include:

• Enhanced visibility
• Additional matchmaking features
• Access to certain contact details

5.2 Payment Processing

All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

By making a payment, users agree to the terms and policies of the respective payment provider.

5.3 Refund Policy

All membership and subscription payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by RuhMate.

6. Notification Services

9. Platform Responsibilities & Limitations

10. Limitation of Liability

• Misunderstandings between users or families
• Any damages arising from platform usage or interactions between members

Users accept full responsibility for their decisions and interactions on and outside the platform.

11. Purpose of the Platform

RuhMate is strictly intended for halal matrimonial purposes only.

The platform must not be used for:

• Dating
• Casual relationships
• Harassment
• Inappropriate communication
• Any activity against Islamic values or Sri Lankan law
